Custom SmartAigent Prompts for Answer Generation

Tenant admins can now tailor SmartAigent responses at the node level with custom prompts. This enables organizations to define the tone, language, and guardrails that best fit their specific needs, ensuring AI answers align with internal policies and communication standards. A newly designed configuration interface clearly distinguishes between default and custom prompt settings, making it easy to manage adjustments and revert to the default setup whenever needed.

Improvements

Pagination support for PickerNode choices

Large choice lists in PickerNode are now paginated, making dialogs more manageable and user-friendly. When a page size is set, only a limited number of options are shown at once, with a configurable next button to advance through options. This works for both button and dropdown picker types, with calendar pickers unchanged. 

Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue where opening certain tenants was slow and sometimes took up to 10 minutes. The improvements ensure much faster loading times and a smoother user experience.
  • Fixed an issue where conversation exports were malformed if a message contained \r characters. Now, line breaks are correctly represented in the exported CSV and special characters such as \RF, \CF and \ZWSP are stripped to prevent export issues.
