We’ve set up a dialog, but before deploying the chatbot, you’ll likely want to adjust the colors so the look and feel matches your brand guidelines. You can also choose a custom avatar image for your chatbot. The bot’s default avatar image and the name of the bot you can change under Settings.
Go to Settings and then click on Chatbot... Fill in a name and upload a jpg, png or gif. Done? Then click on Save to save the settings.
The color settings and chat bubble, you can adjust also in the Settings, but you have to click on Widget... Update the colors to match your brand identity by using the color picker or the color codes.
You can use the preview button to check if the look and feel of your chatbot fits your brand. Satisfied? Then you’re ready to deploy your chatbot.
When you deploy the bot, a script is generated that you can add to your website. Once that’s done, you’re ready to start engaging with your audience.
Step 1. Manage settings
In the Settings module, you'll find 2 options: Chatbot and Widget. Both of these are to fully manage your bot and make it your own.
⏩ Skip if ready
If the chatbot is already matching your brand guidelines, it is unlikely that you want to make changes here. You can still go through the settings and see what's all available to customize.
The Chatbot settings page allows you to adjust settings such as your chatbot's name, avatar, and confidence level. These are pure functional settings.
The Widget settings page is where you can personalize and visualize your chat widget. These settings are about the widget's interaction, usability and appearance.

Step 2. Deploy your chatbot
After you have personalized your chatbot widget, you will want to deploy it. This is the last step in Chat+ to make it possible to implement the widget on your website.
Go to the Deploy module. Here you will see the intents and entities connected to the current chatbot. Next, click on the Deploy button in the bottom left of the window.
This will generate the needed script to implement the chatbot on your website, for your visitors to interact with. Or when it was already implemented before, the script will always load the latest deployed version of your chat widget and chatbot.
