The first thing you see when you log into Spotler Chat+ is the homepage, which is the Dashboard. Here you can find the following information:
- General info: bot name, project name, date of deployment, date created and description.
- Chatbot status: it can be in one of the following phases; Create, Build, Train, Test or Deploy.
- Active Users: total users and average sessions per user.
- Tasks: if you have any scheduled tasks, you will find them here.
Chatbot menu
Here you can switch between bots in the drop-down menu. Each bot has is programmed in a specific language which you see behind the name of the bot (i.e. EN, NL, FR, etc).
User menu
You can recognize the user menu by your name or email address in the top right corner. When you click on your email address or name, you will see a drop-down menu with the following:
- Dashboard: clicking on this takes you back to the Dashboard.
- Account: here you can change the user language, your first and last name. You will also find the email address linked to this account.
- Projects (only visible for users with multiple projects): click here to switch between projects/tenants.
- Documentation: this will lead you to the Spotler Chat+ Help Center for information and resources
- Updates & changes: here you will find information on all updates and changes regarding our software bots, as well as monthly communication about bug fixes and ongoing matters.

Chatbot
In the bottom right corner, you can click on the speech bubble to open your chatbot. This is where you can test and train your bot. For more information, have a look through the following articles:
